mgame Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on mgame or by continuing to use the platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the mgame platform, all of which are incorporated by reference.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and mgame with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

To be eligible to use mgame, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not been self-excluded from any gambling platform or program, including PAGCOR's self-exclusion registry;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of mgame or any of its affiliated game providers or payment processors.

mgame reserves the right to request government-issued identity documentation at any time to verify age and identity. Acceptable documents include Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, and PhilSys National ID. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal rights pending resolution.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the mgame platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. mgame will never request your password via any communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. You agree to notify mgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

mgame reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or terminate any account in its sole discretion, including where mgame reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any violation of this Agreement.

Deposits: mgame accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI InstaPay, BDO InstaPay, and USDT (via Coins.ph), subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless expressly stated otherwise. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are published on the platform's Banking page and may be amended from time to time.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been verified in your name. mgame reserves the right to apply identity and source-of-funds verification procedures before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the cumulative amount withdrawn exceeds thresholds established under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Verified accounts in good standing can generally expect withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the Banking page.

Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is published on the Banking page. mgame reserves the right to recover any bonus amounts that have not met applicable wagering requirements from a withdrawal request.

Currency: All account balances, transactions, and game results are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless you have expressly selected a different base currency at the time of account creation.

Transaction Errors: In the event of a system error resulting in an incorrect crediting of funds to your account, you are obligated to notify mgame immediately and must not wager any erroneously credited amounts. mgame reserves the right to reverse any erroneous transaction at any time.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits offered by mgame are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or related winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, unless stated to be calculated on deposit plus bonus;
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless the promotion terms expressly permit stacking;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfaction of wagering requirements;
• mgame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any evidence of abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to coordinated low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

All games available on the mgame platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface or accompanying information panel. In all cases, the result determined by the mgame system is final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 9.

You acknowledge that all outcomes in games involving a Random Number Generator (RNG) are determined by independently certified and audited algorithms. You further acknowledge that live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical processes (dealt cards, spinning wheels, thrown dice) conducted by real human dealers in certified studio environments and are not subject to RNG manipulation.

mgame reserves the right to void any bet or game result where: (i) a technical failure has materially affected the outcome; (ii) the bet was placed in error; (iii) the game was subject to attempted manipulation; or (iv) the payout would be incorrectly calculated due to a manifest error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mgame platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any money laundering purpose or in contravention of any anti-money laundering law;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts or accounts in a name other than your own;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or manipulate any game software, random number generator, or platform functionality;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers or interact with the platform;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received gaming value for deposited funds;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of twenty-one (21).

mgame is firmly committed to responsible gaming practices. Gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be regarded as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. mgame provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take immediate effect when reduced and require a minimum 24-hour cooling period when increased;
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when a set duration of continuous play has elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of real-money gaming access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, with account balance withdrawal rights intact;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform, actioned within 24 hours of request and irrevocable during the exclusion period.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are not gambling with funds you cannot afford to lose. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available to you should your gambling behaviour ever feel out of control. You acknowledge that gambling with borrowed money or funds designated for essential living expenses is contrary to responsible gaming principles.

mgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void any pending withdrawals or balance, in the following circumstances: (i) breach of any provision of this Agreement; (ii) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; (iii) failure to provide requested identity documentation; (iv) chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player; (v) breach of any applicable law or regulation; or (vi) any conduct that mgame determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or its other users.

You may close your account at any time by contacting mgame's support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified remaining balance shall be returned to you via your last registered withdrawal method, net of any outstanding bonus obligations.

For disputes arising from account actions, you may submit a formal complaint to mgame's support team at the contact details provided in Section 15. mgame will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.

All content on the mgame platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is owned by mgame or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the mgame platform without the prior written consent of mgame or the applicable rights holder.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mgame, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the mgame platform.

mgame does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. mgame shall have no liability for any loss sustained as a result of a platform outage, provided that any pending real-money bets at the time of an outage are resolved equitably in accordance with available game state data.

Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and wagered. mgame does not guarantee any particular outcome from gaming activity on the platform.

mgame collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at mgame.vu/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

mgame may be required to disclose personal data to relevant regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, in fulfilment of its legal and regulatory obligations. mgame may also share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and game studios as necessary to provide the services described in this Agreement.

mgame reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered users via email to the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational circumstances.

Your continued use of the mgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 9.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The platform operates in compliance with regulations applicable to online gaming in the jurisdictions it serves, including the framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for Philippine-facing online gaming operations.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through mgame's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.
